XDSC and Service barrel thickness

just looking at the barrels.......

The SC measured .122" and the service measured .092" in thickness.

I thought they would be the same..

I understand the XD9sc is based on the .40 caliber XD, and that the slide is
.05 thicker. I have a C-TAC holster that fits both guns, but I had to loosen the tension on the holster for the XD9sc.
