Old thread im reviving, but new member here and interested in this upper.
Any one have one in 40cal.
Planning on getting a full size xd40 to go with my SC.
I really like the idea of havin a carbine when i have the itch to shoot one.
I know Mech Tech has been around for almost 10 yrs, but this model seems to be new and wanted some input from fellow xd'ers. Later.

I should be getting a hold of one of these to try out in a couple weeks, they look like fun. Seen videos with these attached to 1911 and glocks but never on an xd.

The thing is no toy....it's built tough and robust. I shot over 100 rounds (+P) with no problems. It's the most fun I've had shooting in a while.

Been thinking about one of these for a while, even more tempting now that they're close to an XDm model... but that Sub2K is interesting too...

the Kel-Tec SUB2000 Gen2 9mm is a toy compared ( I Have) to the XDm9MTC......( CCU Mech Tech Carbine)...I named mine.

Pro Mag 32 round.... Not a problem yet. Gotta clean then really well before you use them though....

I have an XDm9mm Compact 3.8" but I went ahead and purchased a XDm Full-sized lower....The ProMags look better ....
