I got the Colt, now what ammo is best 1/7" Twist?

I got the Colt LE6940, as some know now. I really want to know what ammo is best for my new rifle. It is a 16.1" Barrel, with 1/7" Twist. What grain, etc? Thanks in advance!

thanks alot everyone, yea i tried some American Tactical Imports 5.56 62gr. It did really well, much better than the .223 55gr. Crap they had at the range (Allen Arms). I will keep experimenting, I LOVE THIS RIFLE!!!
