Aaron Cowan posted a picture on P&S Beginner/Intermediate last October, with no less than 10 Hexmags that presented with multiple failures doing just one of his two-day carbine classes. The sampling came from four different shooters/guns in the class. I don't know if they've had any changes that's made them any better since then, but I certainly have not seen them in any training classes in my area.
Given today's political climate, I would much rather invest in PMags (Gen2 or Gen3; including 40-rounders and their 60-drums), Lancer L5 AWMs, or TD ARCs, or NHMGT/Okay/Colt metals if you're truly looking to fuel your "business" guns.
Range toy? Sure, why not.
Magazines are disposable, consumable items - but why waste money?
