My dad brought it to my attention tonight that the local Rural King has an XDs in .45 bitone for $509. Is this a good price? I cant remember for sure, but I think when I looked at one at Bass Pro it was around 650. Not 100% sure if that was the price though. Is this a good deal? Sort of thinking of picking it up as this is the original Springfield that I wanted.

I'd say it's a very good price.
I paid right around 600 for mine. Don't remember exactly. (I try to forget.)

That's what they have in the ad is 599.99 normal. Hell I figure around us that's around 150 rounds of .45 ammo

Awesome price! That is lower than anywhere I've seen around here. Typically the LGS has them for 539.99, Academy for 579.99 I believe, and Gander 599.99.

It is a decent price most I've see sells for around $560.00 if not more.I believe prices on the 3.3 dropped d a bit after the 4.0 release. I paid $500 before fees for a 4.0 bitone, and $400.00 for a 3.3 45.

$509 is even with online prices and a fair price. However, if you're not set on a Bi-Tone and not sure how important it is to you, there is a small amount you can save with the XDS93345B model.

$425 at my local Quantico Tactical.
$25 to ship to your FFL

So $450 before your XFR fee, but no tax.

I decided to pass on this deal for right now. I just got the XDm less than a month ago, and could use the money for other things right now. Good to know about what others paid for theirs though!

Most of them around here are in the $550 area, although I did see on LGS recently that had them on sale for $495. Sounds like a pretty good price.

My .45 3.3" isn't the bit one but I paid $500 at a show here in Houston. Bought my wife the 9mm bi-tone 3.3" for $529 (avg show price was $550). Not a .45 but just to give you an idea.

Bi-Tone .45 XDs for $489 with free shipping to my FFL from Kentucky Gun Co. They had it on sale 2 weeks ago. Only the Bi-tone not the black which was interesting.
