So please explain in detail how you can hold the pistol with a proper accurate grip and not activate the grip safety? Just curious.

Some of them have what they call a memory bump similar to ones used on 1911’s and it may stick out a bit farther. I had to adjust the one on my XDM slightly because it would catch slightly after the prp trigger install. If you pull the slide off, return the takedown lever to the assembled position, you can look down in the back, while operating the trigger and see how much clearance there is between the grip safety ledge and the sear while gripping it and operating the trigger. If yours is real close some material may have to be removed from the bottom of the sear. Mine clears by probably .030 when I grip it normally.
