I have multiple questions.
I have a XDM 40 that i bought used for 300$
will XD magazines work with the XDM?
Has anyone used the 20rd magazine for the 40 caliber? is it well crafted?
will XD sights work with the XDM? if not what are so decent night sight options for the XDM

what laser sight seems to be the best for the XDM? my criteria for "best" is fit(it should look like it came out with it), and function(east to turn on and off and the quality should be top-notch), and price(300+ is not even worth thinking about in my book)

what are some good sand textured grips? ive seen some "stick-on" grips from DeCal and I'm curious as toward weather or not they're worth it or if they will just peel off.

never heard of one for the XDm. Are you thinking of maybe a Beretta 93 based mag for the XD? there are some extanded base plates out there I haven't touched

XD mags won't work in a .40 xdm.

Go to ebay and look for a "low profile laser" about 20 bucks. If you want "carry quality" you will have to spend a lot more.

I've never found need for more than the 16 the factory mag holds.

The crimson trace laserguard is about the only one I have seen that looks like it came with the gun. However, there is no on off switch. If you are gripping the gun, it is on.
Don't care for lasers too much myself, too distracting.

Alright, I'll start from the top, No XD mags will not fit the XDm the XDm. Pretty sure that the highest capacity for XDm mags is 16+1 but you can get mag extensions that will up it to 20+1. PistolGear.com has them for $49.99. As for the grip tape, I have the rubberized grip tape and it works great. Over 1000 rounds with it on and hasn't moved. Can't really recomend a laser though, you can get a Viridian green laser for $279 or you can find a used one... thats all I can give you.
