Well, our weather has not been good enough for any real testing of the mags with the pearce extensions. I did run thru three of the 'new' mags off the back porch when the rain let up and two ran fine with loads that had worked well before. One was loaded with untried ammo made for my 1911, and I had two failure to return to battery problems. My 1911 runs these RCBS 200SWCs fine, but it is older and has a generous chamber. I am pretty sure that these failures were not mag related, and the problem loads were either a little too fat, or the OAL needs adjustment with these specific bullets for the XD. Both failures were fixed with a quick bump to the back of the slide, pushing the cartridges home for full lock up. I like the way the Pearce gadgets match the texture of the XD front strap, and have a factory look to them. I did try shifting my support hand (left) down so that the back of my pinkie knuckle rested on the extension, and that felt good for the brief test session. Having used other Pearce products with good results, I expect the same from these. More range time will tell...DanM
