I'm new to this forum and this topic interests me greatly. I wish there was a way to put that u-shaped glock rear sight on my xd's. Shooting the glock sights are easy, you put the biscuit (front sight) in the basket (rear ushape) and squeeze.. after proper target aquisition of course. I've had stock XD sights, trijicon night sights and suresights on several of my XD's and I like those Glock u-shaped sights the best. Does anyone know the specs on them? I'm probably gonna experiment with a set and "make" them fit my xd45 if I can dig up a spare rear sight from some glock guys.

SIG sights will fit XDs. Try these they come with the outline rear sight you like. TPU Series of Adjustable Pistol Sights

Thanks for the info. I'll check them out. That site had the specs for the dovetail width for glocks listed as .258 and for sigs as .262 which leads me to believe the XD would be the same as the sig if they use the same sights.

Yes but the angle and depth bay not be the same as the Glock dove tail so don't assume the XD/SIG sight is just .004 wider than the Glock's.

Very quick shipping by GilbertsGuns.com, I got my Truglo's in less than a week. Had all three sets installed on my 3'40., 4'45acp & 5'45.acp. These sights are awesome in light, low light and darkness. Tightened my groups back up like they were before I changed out the stock sights. Anyone interested in some used Suresights? I got two slightly used non tritium sets that were on my two XD45 acps.
