Well I got my XD9 back from Rich at Canyon, he did a fine job.

Gun koted the slide and installed the Ameriglo nite sites from pistol gear's group buy.

Kudos to both Rich and Old School! 8)

no, I did not.


My XD came with a really nice 4 pounder[according to my scale], so I'm leaving it as is.

i plan on carrying this pistol while on vac, the only time I can carry :evil:

Here in NJ, unless you are associated with LE, or LE, or somehow know God, you cannot carry

I've been vacationing in VT for many, many years, and carry while there.

Kinda suck that that's the only time.

back on subject;

The Ameriglo sights are very bright, as brite as the 3 year old Meps on my P99! Rich's work is super, and the slide is finished really well.

I also really like the two-tone look, and this slide was almost Hard chromed like the finish on my BHP practical.

I am very pleased. I'm in the process of looking for a 40, and that will most likely go thru the same process.
