I find this weapon a possible choice for concealed carry, but I do have one interesting question about the potential capacity of the magazine.

Currently it is indicated to be 10 rounds. Is it physically possible to made the standard length magazaine that now holds 10 rounds hold 11 or perhaps 12 rounds?

In effect, I am asking if this magazine is a Klinton Kripple (and like all the victims of that stupidity has empty space below the follower), or to have more than 10 rounds, you need to use a magazine that extends below the bottom of the grip.

The fact that the .40 holds nine makes me think that the 9mm might be physically capable of 11 or even 12 rounds - like my Beretta 9000s is.

first, welcome to the forum.
second, use less bold
third, yes, it is possible to make the 10 round subcompact magazines hold 12 rounds, but it is not worth the effort and reliability is not guaranteed. You can buy the subcompact .40 mags and put 13 9mm rounds in the mag (after wearing in the spring), with only a little tweaking if any at all.
