XD-198 speed ring

I recently bought new sights for my XD-40 (XD-198 speed ring tritium (green)). I'm having trouble finding a gunsmith in the Cleveland area to install them. The few I have talked to say its a real pain. Any one have any suggestions.

Springfield will instal them i believe.

Check out this thread. The owner installed his ghost rings with minimal difficulty. I can't imagine they are hard to install, but I'll know for certain on Friday when mine arrive from Ameriglo.
