I will trade this item for an AK pistol grip nut and bolt or sell it for $10.
It is a typical Yugoslavian SKS grenade launcher that screws onto the threaded barrel of a Yugo built SKS. I do not have the retaining pin, but you can make one pretty easily. It probably has 95% of the bluing.
