Any of ya'll shoot Wolf WPA Military Classic - 115gr FMJ? Good ammo? Dirty? Any advice for cheap ammo in bulk? I'm shooting Xdm 9

I've shoot about 500 rounds of it through my XDsc and it's not any dirtier than some WWB. I haven't had any failures with it either, which I can't say the same about the WWB. I bought 1000 rounds from aimsurplus for about $180.

I recently bought a 1000 of the 9mm Wolf WPA in the black box for $169 + shipping. I use it in matches where I can't pick up brass. I've fired about 650 rounds and I've been more than satisfied. I don't get carried away cleaning anything but it doesn't seem any dirtier than my reloads. I will buy it again.

How does one measure "dirtyness"? Is there some sort of chart, color code or something else. After a long and enjoyable day at the range does one go home and take out the dirty ammo chart and spend some time comparing the session with other sessions and make detailed notes of dirtyness?
