Depends on what brand of holster. Ones like Unlce Mikes brand will fit a lot of different brands of guns. Other more expensive holsters will mold the holsters so only one particular brand will fit, thus making a much better fitting holster.

Most full frame glocks would fall into the same catagory as the full size XD45. G17, G20, G21, G22, G31, & G37. All should fit a multi-use large frame polymer gun holster.

If you're looking to go cheap just get a Fobus for an XD.

I know when I ordered my supertuck, I was told that Glock and XD would not fit in the same holster.
But a generic type holster may fit both.
