Well im from the small state of DE. im planing on the next few months buying my first gun. a xd or xdm 9mm. just trying to gather some info about the gun and safety to inform my parents about it. so HI!

i deff plan to once i have the gun. but thats the problem. shooters choice has a few classes and my mom has a unused gift certificate. bonus

It's good to see another XD fanatic from this little State. I'm from the Wilmington and New Castle areas.
You may have to wait until next year to get the XDm in 9mm... it's only available in 40 currently.
What part of DE do you hail from? Maybe we live close enough to one another you could try out my XD-9 subbie or service models, if you want...
