I picked up a Single Six convertible at a gun show. It was a little messed up internally so I got it for cheap. After some careful maintenance, some wolf springs, and a few replacement parts, it's as good as new. I don't think the .22 mag cylinder had ever been fired. I love this little gun. It's great for new shooters.

All but the GP have XS tritium front sight.
I picked up a spare hammer for the SP101, removed the SA surface and bobbed it. Now I can go DAO if desired.

Since the introduction of the Wrangler I "want" a stainless Bearcat for some reason. If I get to handle one it will come home.

I was under the impression that this thread was about Ruger revolvers. The S&W folks always have to chime in telling people how great their Smiths are.

My Ruger revolver collection is as follows:

SP101 in .22LR
Single 10
6" GP100 Talo in .357
4.2" GP100 Match Champion in .357
7.5" SBH Hunter Bisley in .44
9.5" SRH in .44

I had an SP101 in .357 that I sold awhile back.

For my money, Ruger makes the best revolvers. You'd really have to go out of your way to break one.
