So my Ruger Super Redhawk Alaskan (.454) is coming home in March. But now I am thinking about maybe a new long gun. I am looking at getting a Savage Model 110 FCP in .300 Win Mag or a Savage Model 10 Precision Carbine in .308 win.

I love my Iron sights on my M1A scout squad. But I was thinking about throwing together a nice sniper system with it for the range.

Should I get one of the 2 Savage rifles, or scope out my M1A squad????

I'd say scope the M1A, but that's just me.

I've been Jonesing for one of those but I've got a bolt rifle I have to put glass on first.

I may be buying some today.
