Anyone know what the height of the front and rear sights are for an XD-9 service model?

In troubleshooting my high shooting Heinie sighted XD-9 Service model I crudely measure the heights (above the top of the slide) of the front and rear sights to be about 5/32-in (0.0156-in) in the front
and about 8/32-in (0.25-in) in the rear.

For my new XD-9 tactical, both the front and rear appear to be about 5/32-in tall.

The difference in the heights of my Heinie sights appears to be my problem http://www.hs2000talk.com/viewtopic.php?t=18785.

I will measure mine, i just took them off of my 4" 9mm to put Dawson's front and rear on.

Will update when done.

This sounds like it's the heights of the whole sights, including the dovetail. I'm looking for the height about the dovetail as I said in my post because I don't have a way to measure the dovetail part.
