I recently started a thread on a problem with a small crack in the slide right above the slide lock on my XD40 Service model.I called SA and told them about the problem.They told me to send it in to be checked.I bought the gun used and I told them that but still is under warranty,they told me.Well today I just recieved my brand new gun!!Talk about service they sold me.I did not even have a case for my gun now I do.
Happy XD owner in Texas. I wanted to shoot it this weekend but will be in Houston for NRA National Convention

Nice aint it nice that they gave you no run around about the pistol being used or anything. Try getting service like that from HK.
