This will be a quick message since I'm busier than heck.

#1. I will be allocating some time for me by the start of Feb. to give the board some TLC to repair all the modifications blown away by re-installing the forum software.

#2. Premium Members will get their Gallery back and an upgrade of the software.

I really wish I had more time to get it done sooner but... you know how that goes...

I couldn't access the site all morning and was afraid the forum was hit again. glad to see it is working for me again. Has any safeguards been put in so that the forum doesn't go down again? I'd hate to see so much effort and time go away in a single key stroke.

I couldn't get on either, the first thing that came to mind was another hack too.

I don't have a suggestion, but is there a place where we all might meet up in case it does happen again?

Someone posted this site http://www.xd-hs2000.com/chat/ and I saved it, but it is a hs2000talk site, so it might be vulnerable too. I've visited the site a few times and no one is ever there. Maybe someone can open a place? Could get crowded though. :x

Well, if you use IRC (mirc is a good client), I try to keep a channel open on Dalnet, #xdtalk. So feel free to drop in whenever. I tend to check in in the evenings, but folks can feel free to use it, its registered, so always there, plus totally immune to server issues here, as its on Dalnet, a distributed group of IRC servers.
