Ok so what it will come down to is, if you go to Wal-Mart and buy a tent for camping...then you must be a bad guy. Is that what I am seeing?

what defines a bulk purchase?? jeez I know people who buy bulk MREs for backpacking and canoeing, and usually pay cash, because they have had their credit card numbers stolen, looks like they will be on the watch list too.
