I have an offer to buy a NIB Ruger PC9 Carbine with the ghost ring sights, which are super hard to find. The guy wants $500 for the whole shebangabang! That sounds like a good deal to me considering a regular sighted used one goes for around $600+ these days. Tell me what you guys think.

Looks like you're right on with your numbers. I found a lightly used one for sale on GB for $600.00.
