Check these pictures out, I resized them to make them easier to view, I think I may have a broken ejector, take a look and tell me what you think..

a broken ejector? i'm not gunsmith, but i hope you dont mean a broken extractor, because that would be on the slide not the frame.

reason for asking, in attempts to better learn my XD, I was stripping it to its bare parts and saw this, compared it to the online manual parts picture and they dont quite look the same.. didnt know if I somehow broke it or its normal, so figured Id ask you all

The focal point of all his pics is not the extractor.
The focal point IS the ejector.
I dont visibly see any problems with it.

And it you are referring to the (what looks like a) 'chip' missing on the ejector, it is machined and is supposed to be there.

Yeah, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Mine's like that as well. As long as it shoots fine...keep buying the ammo.
