Great forum and it was helful in choosing my gun. I bought the Promo kit XD-9 subcompact with a Stainless slide. I went out the door for $500. How did i do?

I've seen the kit from $439 to $579 at 5 different shops in Georgia. Seems to be a fair deal to me. I've been searching out a .40 SC promo kit and found it at $439. which I'll be picking up on 6 April. Have to wait till 6 April cause I haven't lived in the state 90 days yet

List price by Sprinfield is 498$,

with the promo deal you got a good price. The subs are hard to find. The shops here sell the stainless models for 565$.

you can find them cheaper on gunbroker, but with shipping and FFL fees you end up paying the same.

Thanks guys. The total came out to 516 or so and I told them I would purchase it I didn't have to pay taxm hence 500 even. They are a fairly good store except be prepared to be ignored when an LEO walks in.

Got my XD40 SC Bi-Tone for $500.00 out the door. No promo deal as it was over.....

Seems you did OK though. No sales tax here.....
