Troy's Mag FAQ

This covers the USGI and aftermarket mags, it is dated June of 2000 so the new mags like CProducts, Pmags, Lancer, will not be on there. This will give you info for picking up older mags at gunshows ect.

I own 10 CProducts mags, two Kesselrings, and the Bushmaster mag that came with the rifle. All have performed flawlessly.

Lancer L5's. Ones I have seen have been flawless, some videos on youtube show them to be atleast as strong as pmags, and have metal feed lips.

I have 5 Brownells mags that have worked perfectly and I wouldn't hesitate to buy more, but I love my pmags.
