As far as the S&B, I've shot it on and off for years. Never had an issue. My SC9 has had over 500 rds thorugh it without a hitch. It's what I broek it in with. 
I had a chance to talk with an SA Rep at a dealer shoot recently. He said that he shoots nothing but Wolf through his XD (a service, I think) as he's TRYING to wear it out!
The only thing I'll put wolf thorugh is my makarov or my com-block long guns, but if it works for you, run it.
