I noticed that SA coustom offers slam pads for their coustom magazines. Is this an acessory that one can buy seperate to put on mags for competition to compete with. I can see how they would be useful to protect magazines when you quickly have to change them out during competition. Does SA offer them seperately? Who can you get them from and is it even worth the effort. TIA

My guess would be that any pad for a Beretta 92 magazine would fit the XD magazine, since they are basically the same. At the very most, you might have to trim a little material to make it fit the bottom of the grip, but that can be done with a fine file, if necessary.
