I have an opportunity to trade my Navy Arms Cowboy Companion SKS for a Glock 22 gen 2. Should I do it?

Don't do it.

Why?

Those SKS versions are not very common and will go up in value. 2nd gen Glocks can be had at Summit Gun Broker right now for about 325 bucks.

I wouldn't own a Glock in .40 S&W and especially not a Gen 2 with their poor support of the case-head. The SKS variants just keep going up in price and I prefer them over the AK47 variants including the Saigas.
