Short barreled rifles were part of the 1934 Law, not the 1986 law, and have nothing to do with Machinge guns.

I think you better take the video down and figure this one out... you may have committed a felony.

**EDIT**

Checked in with the "experts" and a MG cannot be an SBR. It is just a MG and does not have a barrel length requirement.

i must have written my verbage wrong..that is correct..it is a machine gun so there is no specified length of barrel
my understanding was that the term "MG" was a mode of fire, and that SBR was an encompassing definition of any rifle. I was wrong. The law does not make mention of any barrel length requirements of a firearm classified as a MG.
