I have searched but could not find any info on my question. So, if the two springs on the knoxx stock absorb recoil from the gun by allowing the gun to move back does how does that influence the energy of of the projectile being shot out? Does the knoxx stock decrease the potency of the rounds by absorbing the recoil? If so how much do you think it matters if any? Thanks for any help and sorry if this is a lame question, newb here trying to learn. Eric

Same amount of energy. Just rather than the energy dissipating into skin, muscle, bone and fat (ratios may vary)....a portion of it goes into those lil'bitty springs and the rest still goes into you. Same energy just different locations to release it.

At least that's the way I see it.
