What powders to you like for the 10mm? For light to moderate, and heavy loads? I have AA#5 and #9. I here a lot about Longshot and Blue Dot ... Thanks from a newbie to 10mm.

I use AA #5 and #9 behind 170gr and 200 gr SWC myself.
They seem to cover a pretty good spectrum.

Just got through testing out some longshot and 800x w lee 175 tl swc as well as some 180 jfp mag tech. 7.5gr 800x made a good load behind the lee 175 and 8.5 gr 800x made great load behind 180gr jfp mag tech. Both loaded to 1.26 functioned great in 4.5”xdm. Not the max loads but respectable till I chrono in spring. Also 7 gr longshot behind 175tl swc was decent group lighter load. For generic plinking i is 180gr hsm plated over 5.4 gr titegroup. Hits ok and cheap to load

That’s really good data. My Hornady reloading manual shows up to 13.5 gr #9 but I had about same results as you. 12.5 gr #9 gives me 1250fps w Hornady jfp 180 gr out of my 4.5”. I kept thinking no way I’m a grain below and still getting that much velocity. I use all those other powders to shoot w but for bear defense I’ll be working that # 9 up a little more but it’s super accurate and consistent

Blue Dot and Longshot are my go-to powders for spicy 10mm loads. I've only recently tried #9...more testing required.

general purpose i've been using Ramshot Silhouette. with some of my loads there is no data, so i have worked up my own, slowly, with caution.
serious business, Hodgdon Longshot. it requires more caution, IMO, because i see inconsistent metering. i don't push the upper limit.
i have also tried AA 7 and 9 as well as Autocomp.
right now, if i needed to buy powder, i'd just use whatever i could get.
presidential election year makes prices high, supply short.
just hoping for four more years so supply comes back up, price down. i'm low on primers.

WW 244 and some leftover IMR 7625 for target loads. Tried Longshot but #9 gives me better accuracy for the top end stuff. Also 800X is accurate.
