I just ordered a Mossberg 590 50663 and was wondering what is a good recoil pad or complete stock to get? Any suggestions? I was looking at this one but it's a bit pricy...CompStock Shotgun Stock - BLACKHAWK!.
I'll post up a pic when I get it but here is a stock photo for now....

Congrats on your new Mossy Cuda!

The Hogue stocks are great. My 590a1 is the exact same configuration you have coming. I swapped out the factory stock for the Hogue 12" Short L.O.P. It's great for helping to manage recoil and I don't feel like I need monkey arms to operate the action. Picked up the Hogue from Optics Planet for $50.99 with free shipping...

Hogue Mossberg 500 OverMolded Shotgun Stock - 12" L.O.P. 05030 FREE S&H 05030. Hogue Weapon Accessories.

Here's a pic installed...

I put 100 rounds Centurion 1 1/8oz slugs down-range today and I can still feel my arm! :D

+1 on Hogue. I prefer them over factory, Choate, and others and the buttpad is softer than the Limbsavers on my rifles.

Is that a complete replacement stock with more cushion? How much shorter is it than the stock one?

yes its a complete replacement stock
The hogue pad has more cushion than my stock Remington pad but you still know its a 12 gauge when you shoot it.
I also would recomend the rogue shorty stock.

If u just want a cushon for the original stock u can get pre fitted or grind to fit limbsaver pads aswell.

Looks like it's already been answered, but yes it's a complete replacement option. The overall length of pull is reduced to 12" from the 15" factory L.O.P.

My 590 finally came in, I went to pick it up yesterday, filled out the paperwork for the background check and the guy comes back and says it got delayed, so unless they call back and approve it I'll have to wait 3 business days which will be next Fri. before I can get it!!!! Not the first time this has happened, I wish I could just flash my CHL and that was enough proof I wasn't a bad guy. But I did get to check out the gun and it was pretty sweet, can't wait to shoot it.

The hogue pad is softer than the factory one, but the limbsaver beats it by a long shot.
I just switched to a Mesa Tactical Urbino with limbsaver and its worlds better.

Hogue would be my first choice though if not using a PG stock.
