I know that wear on top of the barrel where it shows through the ejection port is normal, but my barrel is also wearing on the side where it shows through the ejection port. Is this normal after 500 rounds or so? thanks as alwasy guys (and gals), nocalkind
I polished mine no problem
used 400-600-800-1000 wet/dry sandpaper and mothers Chrome wheel polish.. people say not to use a dremel.. but if its at slow speeds and the right bits you'll be ok..
it looks much better polished and shiny, you can do the beaver tail and trigger too. any questions let me know. theres pictures on this form showing some.. One guy got his mirror finished, awesome job. got the idea from him.
