So my Dad just recently retired, mentioned he'd like to build AR15 along with me.....cool!
Some 20+ yrs ago he did his first AR build and joined the Washington Arms Collecters (WAC) when he was doing this (I remember going along to many gun shows at Puyallup Fairgrounds).
Question: given the availability of online resources (forums and online retail outlets, etc.), is there any benefit to be had to joining WAC again? (as there must have been 20+ yrs ago..... why else would my Dad had joined?)
