Does anyone have any specs on how far they cut down the slide release notch that protrudes in the mag? My XD .40 locked the slide back prematurely today and I don't think it was the shooter bumping it.

I searched for the old thread but couldn't find it.

No more more than several hundreths of an inch should do it. I would blame it on the shooter if this is the only time it has ever happened. It does not take much for your thumb to knock it up.
