I just bought the XD-40 (OD Green/Matte black slide) about two weeks ago, and already need to send it in to get the slide refinished. SA is going to do it under warranty, and they offered me the OD green for the slide.

Does anyone have any pics of the OD green over OD green?

did you do it? i know this is an old post, but did a google search. i was thinking the same for my sub 40.
