Usually, people that carry a full size gun will choose a holster that has a forward or adjustable cant. This tilts the gun forward to help hide the length of the grip. Another thing is to make sure a IWB is rigid enough to not collapse in your waistband when you draw the weapon. The kydex/ leather holsters are very common because they usually do these two things and are comfortable to boot. And UGADawgs gave you the maker I would suggest, as well. Great quality for a great price. A friend of mine recently bought an Alien Gear holster. I've never personally used one, but he loves his so far.
