OEM XDGear Magazine with Sleeve?

Since SA is not too concerned with fulfilling all the scxd requests for these mags, are there any oem for this request? Does anyone make just the sleeves? I can do the rest of the work!

Their is no ather work thats why I was confused they slide on to any fullsize mag and I haven't seen them any where else :(
