Google led me to this site, as I too purchased an XD (.45 compact) and was just trying to educate myself and familiarize myself before I pick it up. I had no idea about the deal from SA for three free mags etc and I want to thank T.Fades for him referencing it. One trip back to Google found me a great deal. I welcome you sir (and myself I guess...) to the site, and excitedly await my new personal defense addition.
