Just picked up a new EMP today. I hope to get out and shoot her tomorrow. This will be my first 3" 1911 and it is very light weight. Anyone else have one of these? Dave

I've had mine for about 3 months now and love it. The first 500-700 rounds were very frustrating because I had several failures to feed. I sent it off to Springfield for them to get it running right. I have over 1000 rounds through it since I got it back and it has run perfectly.

Especially with 1LowLife's mods. (If you don't know what I'm talking about, use the search function...1LL has the best, most functional mods to a EMP I've seen yet).

Guess I'm gonna sell a couple more Glocks...

I have one too and love it.

Just make sure you pass no judgement on her until you have at least 200 to 300 fired through it. Everything seemed to have have settled in after about that many rounds on mine and have not had a single issue since.

Quite accrurate right out of the box too!!!
