Just purchased my first personal handgun and enduring my 3-day.

Got the XDm 9mm 4.5 BiTone model from Beckwith's, and get to pick it up Thursday night. I have been shooting this gun from the rental counter at the range and fell in love with the features, accuracy, and rugged good looks.

My intention is to start novice handgun competition locally. So, if anyone in the north FL region has any leads on handgun comps around here, please let me know. I think my first will be the tactical match at GTR early next month.
