New SC comes with extended 15 round mags!
Sorry if this is old news but......
I was in my local gun store today. They had a bi-tone and regular black subcompacts with 1 10 rd.mag and one extended grip 15 round mag! I've never seen this before. The extended mag says "xd gear" on it, so its obviously made by xd. I may have to go put it in layaway real soon. I was going to buy the new glock 38, but I've always wanted the xd sc, plus its less expensive!!
By the way, the bi-tone is $439 and the regular was like $415.

I saw one of these the other day, but it had been discussed previously here. Unfortunately, the sleeve isn't removable. At least, not easily.
I would bet it is left over from the promotion. Still no sign of the the ever elusive sleeve.
I don't know I purchased mine recently and it came with 12 rd xd gear mag.

It came with the sleeve. I did not see one with the 15 rd mag. Not saying that it does not exist, it would be great to have on though.
