I can see it being a great base gun for a CCO-inspired project gun, though. I say "inspired" since the barrel is 1/4" too short to be a real CCO. Close enough, though.

I'd buy one. Do we have an estimated street price on these yet?

I think it'd be a great base for a project gun too. I didn't notice the MSRP price, but I would think $600-700 street price?

I just shot the 9mm RO last week and it's on my short list of next guns. I have 4 1911's and I want to make this my 5th. The promo day I shot it at didn't have the RO Compact unfortunately but my local range is getting one for their rental board.

I assumed it was gonna be full on adjustable rear like the full-size.

If it's around 700 or less I may need one too.
