Got an old smith and wesson model 60 from 1988. Thinking about swapping the grip for a larger one to get all fingers on- what type of hogue grips should I be looking at given the age of the gun? Or any other wood grip recommendations would be appreciated.

I like the hogue square butt rubber grip for shooting but the exotic wood grips hogue makes just look so good.

Oh man....

There is a ton of options for the K frame...lots of nice wood options.

Whoops. I was thinking model 66. Probably even more out there for the J frames!

You looking for something to get a full pinky support on?

Yes, original grip a little too small. Have hogue grip on an sp101 that is really nice and comfortable

I carry mine with a Hogue full size grip. They make a smaller grip for carrying, but your "pinky' will be hanging . I also shoot J frames with Pachmayr Gripper grips. Best of luck !
