I just got in my .357 Sig barrel and .40 S&W barrel for my Dan Wesson 10mm pistol. They work fine. I always load Factory loads when trying out a new pistol or barrel. I did that. Both barrels worked fine. Then I used some of my reloads. The .357 Sig did awesome. As accurate as anything I have ever shot. Then the .40 . Well, on the 3rd shot, the case blew out and sprayed me with burnt powder and a piece of brass I think, cut my nose a little. No problem, gun is fine, but scared me to death. I think it was a case from a fired Glock that was resized and when the bulge was taken out, it stretched the case and weakened it. It was just a loud POOF and not a loud BANG when it went off. I just have to be careful and maybe use newer cases or factory ammo. But, otherwise they are fine. Oh well, back to the reloading bench. Yall stay safe. WG:neutral:
