I went to Walmart yesterday and picked up a DAC sportsafe (I got it on sale for $48) and 2 boxes of WWB Value pack. I noticed the box said Improved accuracy bullet.

I opened the box to check it out and noticed the bullets were copper jacketed instead of brass or copper washed or whatever they were before. The bullet doesn't look much different in shape.

Has anybody tried this New and improved WWB yet?

What caliber are you talking about? The WWB 45acps have always been copper.

You must mean the 40's or 9's...right?

Winchester USA White Box range ammo: FYI, there is a color difference between the 165 gr. and the 180 gr. 40 S&W FMJ bullets -- The 180 gr. is normal copper looking and the 165 gr. looks brass colored.

I haven't seen any "new" versions myself.

Sorry about that I mean in 9mm. The bullets always were the same color as the case and now they have the look of unwashed copper.
