I recently moved here from Alaska, and am looking for a good group of guys to shoot with. Im in Fayetteville, and would be willing to make a drive to a good range once or twice a month.

Let me know if anyone is interrested, I cant seem to find anyone who likes guns as much as me

I shoot with a bunch of guys (mostly AR's and some AK's) about 30 min North of the Triangle area.

We're members at SSI in Louisburg, NC.

If that's not too far for you, let me know. I'd be happy to host you.

You'll find a list of ranges around NC. There's a few Fayetteville guys on the forum too. Try a post there.

Thanks for the link, Im also a member of arfcom, but Ive never checked out that forum. Louisburg is a little far for me to drive on the regular basis, but Id love to get together and shoot from time to time.

The Uwharrie might not be too far for you.

There's a group "shoot/camp out" coming up at the end of Oct and Nov.

CRAP... that sounds like a great time, but Ill just be getting out of 2 weeks in the field on the 31st. Thanks a bunch for the info.

I also live in Fayetteville. Born and raised here....how many people can say that?

I usually go to Jim's or to Gun's Plus in Spring Lake...Gun's Plus is a nice range.

I usually just carry my handguns but maybe we could meet up sometime...

P.S. Need a house? LOL.....I am a Realtor with ERA....let me know if you need anything.

Ive been to guns plus, and plan on trying jims soon. Im not the biggest fan of the indoor ranges. I really like shooting my rifles as well, so it doesnt make much sense to be a member at an indoor range. Ive already found a place out in raeford, but thanks.
