Thanks, I wasn't expecting to go to the range the day I got it, but my arm got twisted and I went. Considering that it was my first time shooting it, I did pretty well. It's totally different from my xd, but I will get the hang of it. My friend, who shoots nothing but 1911s and competes said that it is really a good and accurate little gun.

I checked out a new Kimber Carry Ultra II in black w/wood grips and Crimson Trace laser sight a couple days ago a Gander Mtn. What a beautiful gun. Now if only I had $1100 sitting around...

Yeah I was thinking about putting a CT laser on this, but I just can't part with the grips, they look so good! I think I'm just going to keep practicing the hell out of it and not do the laser.

I was also debating between the Carry Ultra II and the Tactical Ultra II, I ended up with the Tactical Ultra II b/c of the added mag well. It made a difference to me in holding it with the added length to the grip... Even though it wasn't much, it still made it more comfortable for my hands.

Yeah I did! But alas, I've got nothing that I would want to give away for free! I can give e-beers for good karma though?! And you can have seconds if you want! Heck drink the e-bar dry if you feel like it! Maybe for the 1k mark I'll give something away... Like a custom made flashlight... hmmm, maybe.
