well i picked her up today and couldn't wait to share it with the world! Ooo sorry kept ranting on and forgot to mention what i bought lol i bought a Kimber 1911 Custom Covert II 5" .45 ACP

Brought Meprolight sights which was kool.

My XD-40 SVC goes out to PRP for some TLC this week.

those are a very nice 1911 i looked atthem a f ew times atthe local dealer, you will enjoy for sure , the CT grips are fantastic

thats a very nice looking kimber ya got there man,wish i could afford one and it would take me a whole lot longer saving up than 4 months to get one. being realistic i believe a RIA is in the very near future for me. maybey not as flashy but damnit they work that i can tell ya..again congrats on the new kimber nice lookin gun
